How do I upgrade to get the advanced teeth whitening?
Once you’ve ordered your aligners, simply send us a quick message through your app or secure account letting us know that you’re interested in upgrading to the advanced teeth whitening.
You’ll receive a Stripe payment link and tracking confirmation as soon as your whitening kit is on its way to you.
Will the whitening kit be delivered in the same package as my aligners or retainers?
For users based in the UK – you will receive the whitening kit with your aligners if you order it before the first aligner box is shipped. If there is a delay in receiving payment or it is ordered at a later date it will be shipped separately.
For users outside of the UK – you will receive your whitening kit separately.
How long can I keep the teeth whitening kit for?
It comes with an expiry date of at least 1 year from purchase. The supplier manufactures in small batches on a regular basis, to keep the gel fresh and expiry dates as long as possible.
When during my treatment is the best time to start the advanced teeth whitening?
This depends on your personal preference, as whitening can be started at any time during or after your treatment. Many people whiten their teeth independently of orthodontic treatment and since the gel works by absorption it can be effective at any point in your journey.
If your teeth are crowded and covering each other, you may prefer to wait until all the surfaces can be reached by the whitening gel to achieve a more uniform result.
Thanks to its 3 syringe format you can also use one or two at the start and keep one for a top up later.
How often will I need to use the gel?
To achieve visible and lasting results, the gel should be used for 7 to 21 consecutive nights until the desired whiteness is attained. Your advanced whitening kit will come with 3 separate gel tubes. Some people feel that using 1 or 2 is enough and keep the others for a top up later. Depending on your enamel quality and lifestyle habits you may or may not need annual top up. This professional product can be used a few times a year and in general it gives more lasting results than over the counter products.
What is the science behind?
The active ingredient Hydrogen peroxide is placed in the tray. As soon as the H2O2 hits the tooth surface it starts to form oxygen free radicals (oxygen bubbles), which enter the tooth through the tubules. Within 15 minutes the free radicals are at the centre of the tooth. The radicals break down the pigmentation within the tooth and as a result turns the tooth white.
What makes the product unique compared to other whitening gels?
Hydrogen Peroxide is a very volatile chemical and after manufacturing the gel it is always trying to break down into oxygen free radicals. We need to keep the gel as stable as possible and stop the gel breaking down while it’s in the syringe. 360 Whitening gel has a chelating agent to stop this process, which keeps the gel super fresh until it contacts the tooth surface.
Can I use the whitening gel with my aligners or do I use a different tray?
The whitening gel can be used with your aligners or retainers, as these are already tailor made to perfectly fit your teeth. You simply pop a bit of gel in them before going to bed.

Is this process safe for my teeth?
The advanced 360 Whitening solution has been developed by a team with a huge wealth of experience within the dental whitening industry and can only be purchased by dentists. The whitening process takes place overnight and throughout a period of 7 to 21 days, the gel used is less concentrated and gentler than the ones used during whitening sessions at a dentist’s office (shorter amount of time for whitening to take place, requiring a more concentrated gel). The effect that it will have on the teeth is comparable to the effect of drinking a glass of orange juice.
What about sensitivity?
360 Whitening gel incorporates trolamine into their gel. Trolamine is extremely good at reducing sensitivity. If someone has sensitive teeth before whitening, this could be heightened whilst whitening their teeth.
